Bank of Ireland supports growth and expansion at IDGNI Ltd

IDGNI Ltd, the award-winning Armagh based firm which specialises in re-branding and refurbishing retail premises, is expanding its business into new commercial premises and creating new jobs. The company’s growth is being funded by Bank of Ireland through its ‘Essentials for Business’ package designed for small start-up and growing businesses.
IDGNI Ltd, the award-winning Armagh based firm which specialises in re-branding and refurbishing retail premises, is expanding its business into new commercial premises and creating new jobs. The company’s growth is being funded by Bank of Ireland through its ‘Essentials for Business’ package designed for small start-up and growing businesses.
IDGNI Ltd has developed a niche in the cost effective refurbishment of pharmacies and has worked with leading Irish pharmacy chains, Hickey’s and Bradley’s. The company will use the funding to purchase and fit out a new 3600 sq ft manufacturing space and 1500 sq ft office space in Glenanne, Co. Armagh. The firm also intends to increase the workforce from eight to eleven later this year.

Ian Johnston, Director, IDGNI, said: “The bulk of our work to date has been with the pharmacy sector in southern Ireland. We have now begun work in Scotland and with the move to new premises, we are well positioned to meet the demand for our services from the retail sector in the rest of UK which will be key to our growth in 2009. Bank of Ireland’s support in aiding our expansion, will help us to promote our services across the UK as we seek to take advantage of new opportunities.”
