Where a business customer wishes to move their banking services to Bank of Ireland UK, as part of our switching service, we undertake to complete the following tasks within a set timeframe*.

 

 

Task Timeframe
Set up Direct Debit and Standing Orders Following receipt of written confirmation of details by close of business Day 4 or as agreed with you
Request for payment of available funds on your advice Following receipt of instruction by close of business Day 3 or as agreed with you
Transfer funds to Old Bank Following receipt of instruction by close of business Day 3 or as agreed with you

 

*Timeframes indicated as per standards laid down by the Office of Fair Trading.
