| Set up Direct Debit and Standing Orders | Following receipt of written confirmation of details by close of business Day 4 or as agreed with you |
| Request for payment of available funds on your advice | Following receipt of instruction by close of business Day 3 or as agreed with you |
| Transfer funds to Old Bank | Following receipt of instruction by close of business Day 3 or as agreed with you |
*Timeframes indicated as per standards laid down by the Office of Fair Trading.
