Business Banking - Loans

Our range of loan facilities will assist in financing your business' medium to longer term funding requirements.

Your loan facility may be provided by way of a Term Loan, Commercial Mortgage, Cash Advance or Bridging Loan subject to agreement with us and taking into account the requirements of your business.

Any outstanding balance under your Loan facility will be charged interest (subject to agreement with us and at your request) at either the Bank's NI Base Rate plus a margin or the London Interbank Offer Rate (LIBOR) plus a margin and including a figure to cover regulatory liquidity requirements (margin to be agreed with us and detailed within your facility letter of offer).
