This most straightforward of savings accounts aims to provide a simple, convenient way for you to save allowing access to your savings when and how you want. The Demand Deposit account will suit you if you want the flexibility of saving when you can, and access to your funds through the ATM network.

• No prior notice is required for withdrawals from this account
• The minimum amount you can open an account with is £1
• There is no maximum to the amount you can save
• Interest rates are variable - Check the interest rates

You can lodge, withdraw or transfer money to/from your account using any of the following methods:

• At 50,000 ATMs throughout the UK and Ireland (withdrawals only)
• At any Bank of Ireland branch
• By telephone or on the Internet using our 365 service
